Integrations - 2N

The 2N agent integrates 2N intercoms and door stations, providing an integrated camera feed, SIP-based calling, and access control (doors and readers). A single agent can manage one or more 2N units.

Configuration

The 2N configuration is a list of units - add one entry per 2N device. Set these on the 2N row in Settings → Modules & Devices:

Field Description
URL Address of the 2N unit’s HTTP API.
Username A 2N account with API access on that unit.
Password Password for the 2N account.

To add another intercom, add another unit entry with its own URL and credentials. After saving with Apply Config, run Scan for Devices to import the units’ doors, readers, and intercom terminals.

Credentials & Schedules

For Person Types that are Access Control Users, YachtAware pushes cardholders and their access schedules to the 2N units automatically - when you add or update a person in Access, their credentials are provisioned to the hardware. This means the schedule attached to an access rule is enforced by the 2N unit itself, not only inside the app.

A 2N reader accepts both RFID cards and PIN codes as credentials.

Door Commands

2N doors expose the standard door commands in the Door Callout: Release (momentary), Unlock (hold open), and Lock.

Intercom Calls

2N intercom terminals support two-way SIP calling. Call activity - including the call direction (incoming vs outgoing) and state - is shown in the Intercom Callout.
